The Ideal Candidate:

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
– Willingness to travel for work when needed
– High attention to detail, with the ability to think on your feet and act proactively
– Strong teamwork skills, but also able to work independently
– Physically fit, with strength and stamina (heavy lifting and manual labor required)
– Experience in the construction industry, with a strong ability to plan your work effectively
– Manual Driver’s License
– Ideally, a current Forklift License, EWP License, and experience operating a mini digger
– Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
– Experience in tension wiring and working with steel and concrete is a plus
